1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and bcd55 ("the Platform", "bcd55", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the bcd55 website, mobile interface, gaming services, payment facilities, promotional offers and all related services provided by bcd55 (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, depositing funds, or accessing any part of the bcd55 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 2Eligibility

3Account Registration

To access the full range of bcd55 Services, you are required to register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all bcd55 account registrations:

• Each individual may hold only one account on bcd55. The creation of multiple accounts by one individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of any balances.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering your bcd55 account. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number and any other details requested during the registration process.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bcd55 account login credentials, including your mobile number and password. bcd55 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• bcd55 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing the first withdrawal, and whenever bcd55 deems it necessary to comply with internal security requirements.
• You must notify bcd55 immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if you suspect any fraudulent activity on your account. Contact the bcd55 support team at [email protected] as soon as possible.

bcd55 operates a strict one-account-per-person policy at all times. Any attempt to circumvent this policy — including registering under a family member's name, using another person's payment method, or sharing login credentials — will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of associated funds.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bcd55 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit at bcd55 is ৳100 for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳500 for bank transfers. The minimum withdrawal is ৳200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply and are subject to change by bcd55 at its discretion.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are processed instantly in most cases. Bank transfer deposits may take between 1 and 3 hours to be credited to your bcd55 account, depending on banking processing times. bcd55 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the bcd55 account holder. bcd55 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous wallets or payment methods that do not match the account holder's verified identity.
• bcd55 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. This may include, but is not limited to, a copy of a national ID, passport or proof of payment method ownership.
• bcd55 does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals via supported Bangladeshi payment methods. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside bcd55's control.

bcd55 implements comprehensive anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Any deposit or withdrawal transaction that appears inconsistent with normal gaming activity or that raises AML concerns will be subject to investigation, and bcd55 reserves the right to freeze associated funds pending the outcome of that investigation.

5Bonuses and Promotions

bcd55 offers various promotional bonuses to registered users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, Eid and Pohela Boishakh. The following general conditions apply to all bcd55 bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover requirement for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms and conditions, which form part of these Terms.
• Bonuses are issued to one eligible account per household, IP address and device. Any attempt to claim the same bonus more than once using multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, along with possible account suspension.
• bcd55 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is cancelled before a user has completed its wagering requirement, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from the account.
• Free spins issued as part of a promotion are valid for a limited period as stated in the promotion. Unused free spins expire at the end of this validity period. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• bcd55 promotions are intended for recreational use only. bcd55 reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion if bcd55 has reasonable grounds to believe the player is engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage, or any form of professional or systematic exploitation of promotional offers.

bcd55 may offer seasonal promotions aligned with major cultural and sporting events in Bangladesh, including Eid celebrations, Durga Puja, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), Independence Day (26 March), and major cricket tournaments. These promotions will have their own terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion.

6Gameplay and Fair Use

All games available on the bcd55 platform are provided by third-party game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Microgaming, Ezugi and other globally audited studios. The following fair use conditions apply to all gameplay on bcd55:

• All game outcomes on bcd55 are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) supplied by the game provider. bcd55 does not alter, influence or interfere with the RNG outcomes of any game. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are set by the game provider and are not modified by bcd55.
• In the event of a game malfunction, error or technical fault during a gaming session, bcd55 reserves the right to void the affected round or session. All bets placed on bcd55 are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their bet selections, including the event, market, stake amount and odds, before confirming a wager. bcd55 will not reverse a confirmed bet on the grounds of a player's change of mind.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bcd55 platform. Any user found engaging in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension and may have their funds forfeited:

• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over bcd55's systems.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, sports betting markets or any other aspect of the bcd55 platform.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including proceeds of fraud, theft or money laundering activities.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software glitches or vulnerabilities in the bcd55 platform to gain credits, winnings or any other benefit not legitimately earned through gameplay.
• Using a VPN, proxy server or other technical means to disguise your true location for the purpose of accessing bcd55 from a jurisdiction where the use of this platform is prohibited.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals or any other form of fraudulent financial dispute against bcd55 in bad faith after having received the benefit of the relevant gaming services.

bcd55 actively monitors platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct and cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities where required. Any winnings accrued through prohibited conduct will be voided, and bcd55 reserves the right to pursue recovery of any losses caused to bcd55 by such conduct through all available legal means.

8Responsible Gaming

bcd55 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of its platform. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all bcd55 users:

• bcd55 provides deposit limit tools that allow players to set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts on their accounts. Once set, a deposit limit takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours. Reducing a deposit limit takes effect immediately.
• Players may request a self-exclusion from bcd55 at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods are available from 30 days to indefinite. 9Account Suspension and Closure

bcd55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account in the following circumstances:

• Where bcd55 has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, including any of the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7.
• Where a user has failed to complete KYC verification within the time period required by bcd55, or where submitted verification documents are found to be fraudulent, altered or otherwise inauthentic.
• Where bcd55 is required to do so by applicable law, a court order, a regulatory authority or any other competent body with jurisdiction over bcd55's operations.
• Where a user requests voluntary account closure by contacting the bcd55 support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified balance (net of applicable bonuses subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the user's registered payment method after final KYC verification is completed.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, bcd55 will aim to complete the investigation as promptly as reasonably practicable. During an active investigation, the user will not be able to access their account or withdraw funds. bcd55 will notify the user of the outcome of the investigation as soon as it is completed, subject to any legal restrictions on disclosure.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the bcd55 platform, including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, text, software, data compilations, game interfaces and any other material published by bcd55, is the property of bcd55 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish, upload, transmit, or create derivative works from any bcd55 content without the prior written consent of bcd55.

The game content, software and assets provided by third-party game providers on the bcd55 platform remain the intellectual property of the respective providers and are subject to their own licensing terms. bcd55 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bcd55 platform and its content solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bcd55's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform and the Services is limited as follows:

• bcd55 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the bcd55 platform, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of business opportunity, even if bcd55 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• bcd55 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. bcd55 is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors or security breaches that are outside bcd55's reasonable control.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bcd55's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. In all cases where bcd55 is found liable, bcd55's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in your bcd55 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12Privacy

bcd55 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published on the bcd55 platform and forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering a bcd55 account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the bcd55 Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use and processing of your personal data as described therein. 13Amendments to These Terms

bcd55 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bcd55 will provide notice to registered users via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the bcd55 platform, at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless a shorter period is required by law or for security reasons.

Your continued use of the bcd55 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the bcd55 platform and close your account. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on the bcd55 website.

14Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. bcd55 operates as an online platform and the Services are provided on a best-efforts basis. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of bcd55 complies with the laws of the jurisdiction in which they are located.

In the event of a dispute between a user and bcd55, users are encouraged to contact the bcd55 support team at [email protected] in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. bcd55 aims to resolve all user disputes fairly and within a reasonable timeframe. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached informally, the dispute may be escalated in accordance with any applicable dispute resolution mechanism available to the user under the laws of their jurisdiction.
